    A fee will take the place of the stickers, starting in December of next year.

    ROCKY MOUNT — The yearly process of scraping the sticky county decals off the windshield will be a thing of the past for county residents starting late next year.
    The Franklin County Board of Supervisors eliminated county motor vehicle decals during its monthly meeting Tuesday by a vote of 5 to 2.
