Third time's the charm.
Levi Fitzgerald puffed his way through three bowls of tobacco to put up a winning time in Monday's Milan Tobacconists' slow smoke contest. One of several pipe smokers who lit up for charity, he also contributed two cans of food per smoke to be donated to the Feeding America Southwest Virginia Food Bank.
